FAQ: How do I buy more licenses?

I need more licenses

A user with the Admin role can purchase more licenses by going to the licensing page at the bottom of the side menu. 

Enter the total number of licenses you require in the text box (current license count plus additional).

Your new amount will be rounded up to the nearest 5 or 10, depending on your current amount. (Licenses up to 30 are sold in packs of 5, licenses from 30 upwards are sold in packs of 10). 

Click the pay now button, you'll be taken through the Stripe system to make payment. 

It's forcing me to renew

If you need more licenses, but your renewal is upcoming (less than 3 months away), you'll need to renew at the same time.
