How do I update an employee's name?

Go to Organisation > Employees

Find the employee and click on their name

Edit their name

What if the name field is not editable?

The user is connected to either Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace

Change the name in Microsoft or Google and then click Options > Sync with Microsoft / Google
