Bradford Factor

This feature can only be accessed by Managers, HR Managers, and Admins.


Bradford factor is used in HR management to calculate disruptive absences. The theory is that short, frequent unplanned absences are more disruptive than long infrequent planned absences.  For more information on the Bradford factor see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bradford_Factor


The Bradford factor calculation is B = total number of sick days * number of sick requests * number of sick requests


To access the Bradford factor, please go to Reporting and under Leave Reporting select Bradford Factor





Select the team and date range. Please also select the division if Division is enabled on the system.



View the Bradford Factor results in Graph format or Table format.
