FAQ: how do I complete a performance review?

I am an employee

You'll receive an email and in app notification inviting you to complete your Self Assessment. 


Click on the link in the notification or log into Cintra People and go to Reviews then click on the review that says 'Awaiting your comments'. 


You'll see topics on the left hand side and a text box on the right. Above the text box on the right is also a description of what you will need to write about. 


Fill in the text box and move onto the next topic. 


When all topics are completed (they'll show in green), you can click Submit to your Manager at the top. 


Your manager will receive your comments and reach out to discuss your review. 



I am a manager

Automatic Reviews: 

You'll receive an email and in app notification asking you to review your employee(s). 


Click on the link in the notification or log in to Cintra People and got to Reviews > Managed Reviews and click on a review to edit. 


Go to the Employee Assessment tab. 


You'll see topics on the left hand side and a text box on the right. If the employee has provided their self assessment comments, you'll also see these on the right. 


Fill in the text box and move onto the next topic. 


You may be able to request 360 Feedback from others by clicking on the relevant tab. 


Once you have reviewed the employee and filled in their assessment, you can arrange the review meeting. 


TOP TIP
Don't click the Complete Review button until you have finished the whole process. Completed reviews cannot be undone. 


Manual Reviews: 

If you need to run a review for an employee you manage, go to Reviews > Start New Review. 


Fill in the form and then go to the Employee Assessment tab. 


Click to request the employees's assessment and fill in the request form. 


You can complete your manager assessment now or wait until the employee has completed theirs. 


As above, do not click the Complete Review button until you are finished.
