FAQ: Why can't some employees see or complete actions that I've assigned to them?

If an employee can't see certain actions such as company acknowledgement requests or employee assessment requests, it's likely that the relevant module hasn't been switched on for them to access.


To check modular access, go to Roles & Access > Login & Access > Find the employee's name and tick the required modules.
