Artificial Intelligence tools in Appogee HR have been designed to help you improve your HR processes, through increased efficiency and enhanced access to information. 


The following AI tools are available: 

  • AI Search Assistant
    • Intelligent Search: AI powered search allows users to quickly and easily find relevant company document using natural language queries
  • AI Driven Content Generation
    • Automated Content Generation: AI can generate various types of HR content for Company Documents and Employee records

Enabling AI in Appogee HR


AI Search Assistant

To enable the AI Search Assistant for your employees, go to Company Docs > Config > AI Search Assistant


From here, you can chose whether to enable search for All Employees or HR Managers. 


Company Docs Generation

To enable the AI Content Generation for Company Docs, go to Company Docs > Config > AI Content Generation


Employee Records Generation

To enable the AI Content Generation for Employee Records, go to Profile > Admin & Config > AI Content Generation
