The warning message says:
"Invalid Dates"
"The dates you have specified span 2 Leave Years. Your Leave Year starts on 1st January. Please modify your dates and try again."
Since requests are attached to a single leave year, Appogee Leave will not allow you to create a request that spans more than one leave year. You should create a request for each year instead of one request for more than one leave year.
