Managing employee access to Appogee HR

Employees can be provided with self service access to the Appogee HR system from the Roles & Access page


The access settings per package are as follows: 

HR Success: Leave, HR, Goals & Time

HR Essentials + Time: Leave, HR & Time

HR Essentials: Leave & HR

Leave + Time: Leave & Time

Leave: Leave

Time: Time


To view or edit employee access, go to Roles & Access > Access.



To enable access for all employees on the list, tick the box at the top of the column, or alternatively pick and choose who has access to each option.
